It is a high quality course designed by Dave Thomas, who designed "The
Belfry" the venue for the in 1985, 89, 93 and 2002 Ryder Cup.

Vale de Milho is situated near the fishing village of Carvoeiro. A short, but very attractive nine-hole course, that surprises many golfers because of its challenging nature. It is situated in a beautiful, relaxing landscape with waterfalls and wonderful views over the sea.

There are a number of obstacles to overcome at Vale de Milho. Both the distance and the difficulties of these par 3 holes varies quite considerably. Hole number 2 is the longest at 161 metres and the shortest is number 3, covering just over 70 metres.

Vale de Milho is ideal for both beginners and the more experienced, and is also ideal for practising with short irons.
